At the helm of ISO QES Management Systems Inc. is Owen Ramsay, an accomplished leader in the field of quality and business assurance. A 2016 ASQ Fellow, Owen brings decades of experience in ISO management system consulting, auditing, and certification, with specialized focus on ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), ISO 14001:2015 (EMS), and ISO 45001:2018 (OH&SMS).

ISO QES Management Systems Consultant Inc. (IQMSC Inc.) formerly STATISTICAL PROCESS CONTROL MANAGEMENT Inc. (SPCM Inc.) was established in 1993 to provide technical leadership and coordination in the areas of Quality Management System Development and ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 Auditing and Implementation. We also provide training in the application of Lean Six Sigma Rapid Improvement Methodologies and ASQ ConnEx Auditing for Improvement to the manufacturing, and service industries.
