ISO QES Management Systems Consultant Inc. (IQMSC Inc.) formerly STATISTICAL PROCESS CONTROL MANAGEMENT Inc. (SPCM Inc.) was established in 1993 to provide technical leadership and coordination in the areas of Quality Management System Development and ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 Auditing and Implementation.  We also provide training in the application of Lean Six Sigma Rapid Improvement Methodologies and ASQ ConnEx Auditing for Improvement to the manufacturing, and service industries.

Conduct Quality, Environmental, and Safety assessments and recommend certification, deferral, suspension or withdrawal of certification, validation or verification against appropriate standards

  • Within the authorized area of specialism, will provide business assurance based ISO Management System(s) assessments in accordance with current procedures and agreed timescales for business units in mining & quarrying, petroleum products, chemical, plastics & rubber, minerals, metal products, machinery & equipment; electrical, computer & optical equipment.

  • Lead/Support assessment teams effectively, ensuring that visits are completed within the agreed timescales, and coordinated team findings to reach conclusions

  • Produce high quality assessment reports reflecting an organization’s business assurance principles while determining ISO Management System compliance with accreditation requirements and internal procedures

  • Ensure that all internal client stakeholders are kept informed of changes and issues, escalating as appropriate

  • Ensure that the client’s quality management systems conform with all the requirements of the ISO audit standards;

  • Confirm that the management system will achieve the organization’s policy objectives;

  • Evaluate the capability of the management system to manage compliance with statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements;

  • Evaluate customer relations effectiveness, contingency planning, root cause analysis, statistical process control techniques, quality improvement planning, strategies for the collection of information related to the processes and operations within the scope of the management system and key performance metrics.

  • Evaluate the internal audit and management review planning and performance to determine the overall level of effectiveness of the management system;

  • Provide audit findings/results feedback to the client’s top management about non-conformances, areas of concern and continual improvement opportunities.
